  A quote and lease agreement will be supplied by BillMax Sales staff. To begin the implementation both documents must be returned.

  - Add Authorized Users
    Each staff member at your company must have their own unique login id and password. Because BillMax tracks activity by login id, only one person can use the login at any given time.

    BillMax has many lists to make it easy to customize the system to better meet your local environment. Lists can be drop down lists of items or a set of parameters to meet your business needs.

    Additional fields may be added to particular database tables to capture unique information for your company.

    Create and set parameters for each company that will bill and report from BillMax.

    BillMax has several steps to tie a package/service to a POP and Access Point for Fixed Wireless Services.

Configure Global Options

To set basic settings for your BillMax instance:

Login to the BillMax Staff Portal using an ID with Administrator privileges.
Select System Administration > Global Options.
Enter the name of your company for Site Name.
If mapping module was purchased with your lease, enter provider supplied in Geocode Function.
To enable address verification service by the USPS, see Setup USPS Address Verification.
If you wish the Account, User, or Service numbers to begin with something other than one, enter Account Holes,User Holes, Service Holes as described in the tool tip.
Browse and locate an appropriate Logo Upload File for internal documents. It should be a .JPG, .PNG, or .BMP file.
Choose File Name of Logo.
Select Save from the Context Menu.

Other fields are defaulted and should only be changed with the input of support@billmax.com.
