Disable BillMax System

Choose System Administration > Global Options. Change Path to the sendmail Program to /bin/true to disable email notifications.

Change Path to lpr Program to /bin/true to disable printing.

To suspend all payment processing, edit the lists for your payment processor - one for credit card and one for e-checks. Change State to Not Active. If you have more than one merchant account, make sure you modify additional lists for those accounts.

To disable Customer Portal

As root, run systemctl stop bx_edge; systemctl disable bx_edge
Take down hosting or access to portal (client side) web pages.

Disable batch processing. Choose System Administration > Batch Processing. Select every group that is active to Disabled, Review listing to make sure all groups show as "DISABLED".
