Coverage data must be generated externally using a third party. These polygons will
be associated with the FCC required meta-data (speeds, technology code, etc.) from BillMax
or this meta-data may be provided with the polygons. .

Choose the number of the Access Point and click Load
Shapefile.

Specify the zip file for the shapefiles. This file can contain (some of which
are optional): .SHP, .SHX, .PRJ, .DBF, .CPG, .QMD
files.

Specify Upgrade Mode.

Append - This adds to the existing layer with the same Access Point (if
other shapefiles have been loaded).

Replace - This deletes the existing layer with the same Access Point
and then adds the shapefile to the Coverage.

Specify Attribute Mode.

Use POP/AP values where values are missing - Use the
setting (technology, speed, etc.) from the POP and Access Point only if
the values are not contained in the shapefile.

Ignore values in file - Regardless of the presence
of attributes in the shapefile, always use the values from the POP and
Access Point.

Specify Attributes. Identify the names of the attributes in
the shapefile. Set the attribute to blank if the attribute is not in the file or
the Attribute Mode is 'Ignore'.

Repeat for each Access Point or unique technology and speed
specification.
