Flat rate fees, such as E911, may be assessed using a Recurring Service Fee. Functionality
supported is
- No prorating
- Fee per service
- Marking the Fee as Government Surcharge. This is required for USF reporting.
- Reporting is done through the Sales report. Although not technically revenue, it is
treated as such.
