For the FCC 477, each User (Service Location) must be geocoded and include Census
Tract and Block information.

Contact support@billmax.com for the Mapping module and
ask to have all existing locations geocoded.

If the Mapping module is activated as each new Account
is created, the User Address will automatically be
geocoded based on the address entered.

If a more exact Latitude and Longitude have been collected, click the
User number and enter the values underFCC
Location Dataand click Get Census From
Location to override the location.
