Getting Started with Broadband Labels

The following steps assume you have multiple mass-marketed broadband services defined within BillMax with the Service Type marked as Facilities Based Broadband under the FCC Classification.
  1. Check your Package Definitions and Service Definitions. Find more information in Update Package/Service Definitions Data
  2. Update required fields needed to create the label. SeeUpdate List bblabel.
  3. To work with the broadband labels, choose Billing Admininstration > Broadband Labels.
  4. If a different set of broadband labels is needed for a particular Virtual Company, Create a Tag.
  5. Draft New Labels will create a set of broadband labels to review.
  6. Note:
    Invoice Fees are added automatically to all broadband labels based on a Virtual Company tag.
    Note:
    Other One Time Fees and Recurring Fees are also added automatically if they are set on the Package/Service Defintion.
    To add additional fees, click Add Fees.
  7. Review the drafts by clicking the Broadband Label number. Review and edit any fields for a particular label. Click the tab View Label to preview the resulting label.
  8. When the review is complete, choose Publish Labels for a complete set of labels.
