To create the broadband labels, data is pulled from the settings in
bblabel.

There is a new field for Latency under FCC
Classification. Download and Upload Rate
are also pulled for the speeds.

Contract Length under General is the number of months
that the definition is under contract.

If there is a First Price followed by a
Second Price, then the label will show the
First Price as the Intro Price
and the Number of Times to Bill as the Time
the introductory rate applies. If there is only one price, it
will be listed as the Monthly Price on the label.

The Fees that are connected to a
Package/Service Definition will be automatically
added as Provider Monthly Fees on the broadband
label.

One-Time Purchase Fees will come from the
Setup Fee and any One-Time Items or
Fees that are listed under Package
Elements on a Package Definition with a
Minimum Required of 1.
