Connect POPs/Access Points to Packages/Service

BillMax has several steps to tie a package/service to a POP and Access Point for Fixed Wireless Services.

1. Set up any needed custom fields. See Add Custom Field Definitions
2. Add all POPs. See Create POP Regions
3. Set up all access points for each tower location. See Create Access Points
4. On a Package or Service Definition for Fixed Wireless services, the settings for POP Required and Access Point Required on the Provisioning Information tab must be set to Yes.
5. Before a Package or Service can be added to a User, the POP and Access Point must be selected from the choices on the User.
6. All Services on an Access Point can be viewed on the Reports > Service By Access Point. The color of the Access Point will match the color of the Services that it is connected too. All unconnected Services will be black.
