Billing documents by default are emailed as PDF attachments. These include:
- Billing Statements
- Invoices
- Statements
- Receipts
If they exist, the body of the email will be created using the files
/usr/local/billmax/cfg/xsltfiles/emailbody/html.xsl for an HTML
representation and
/usr/local/billmax/cfg/xsltfiles/emailbody/text.xsl
for a text representation.
