Add Additional Late Notices
BillMax supports up to 10 late notices named "overdue1", "overdue2", overdue3", etc. Sequential numbers are required. Multiple late notices allows escalation in the messaging. An example for overdue3 appears below.
Add Printed Late Notices
BillMax supports printing overdue notices for Accounts without email or those that receive a printed bill.
Email Customers in Bulk from BillMax
The functionality allows for customers to be notified quickly by email using a chosen System Template. It was added in BillMax 2022 Q3.

Payment Reminders are emailed by Profile to Accounts with an outstanding balance a designated number of days before the due date.
