Enter the data for the report.

Tip:
- Accrual No Deferred Revenue Excluded = Billed,
- Cash/Credit = Collected.
- Accrual Exclude Deferred Revenue = Exclude Billed but not
delivered.
Select the Type of Sales Report.

Select the type of output from the Context Menu.
