Login to the BillMax Staff Portal using an ID with Configuration
privileges.

There are 3 options to generate correct taxing:
- Create a T/S pair at Avalara designating the percentage of recurring
amount to one of their T/S pairs. For example, if you have $200 for
VOIP/Internet where in your view $150 is VOIP and $50 is Internet, you can
create T/S Pair 1000/1000 that is 19/6 - 75%, 5/6 - 25%.
- Make use of Packages. There is a setting that rolls up the billings
underneath, so create a $0.00 Package with priced Services and with
appropriate T/S Pairs set on each.
- Break into different Services with appropriate pricing and T/S Pairs on
each.
