Setup an 800 Number

  1. Set the T/S Pair as 19/6 on the Package/Service Definition.
  2. Add 19/635 to objects that have a DID specified.
  3. Create a CDR Billing Plan that does both outbound/inbound minutes to use on the Additional Usage Billing Module connected on the Package/Service Definition.
